Excelent. I have big hands(200+ lb former football player), and don't have any issue manipulating the buttons while running. I've yet to fully utilize any of the features besides the Chrono.
I do notice that my iPod Nano's battery life is decreased when using the transeiver, but oh well, I just have to charge it slightly more often (this is not a big deal). I have a nike armband that i put the nano in upside down, I can't tell a difference from when I wore is in standard configuration without the transeiver attached.
Any slight incovienience due to the attached equipment or battery life is overwhelminig dwarfed by the ability to change songs, mute, control volume etc on the run. This is a standard piece of run/workout gear for me now, and I'm totally p'eved off if I forget it.
Highly recommend this product, great bang for $.

I needed something to control my iPod while jogging, it is very distracting to flip through songs while running. I have yet to find a case that will hold everything in place i'm afraid that the adapter will some how fall off and get lost which will make the watch absolutely useless as a remote. But other than the large adapter to make the thing work it does what its supposed to do. Maybe one day Timex will produce a product that won't require a adapter.

I don't own this watch, but I wanted to warn potential buyers of a potential problem with the band that I experienced along with numerous others. The band for this watch is the exact same design as: Timex Unisex Ironman Triathlon Sleek 5/1 Resin Strap Watch #T54281 and while it is comfortable at first eventually the band simply detaches from the face of the watch. You can see pictures under the customer submitted images on the watch from the included link. Unfortunately no one has posted this problem with this watch on this page and it seems as though most of the reviews are from relatively new owners. The band detachment happened to most of the reviewers at approximately one year. Take this review for what it is worth: just a warning. On a final note Timex has not included this band problem in the warranty coverage.

I read in lot of posts that this watch is not compatible with iphone 3g but i still bought it. I've been playing around with it a bit and it DOES work with an iphone 3g...
Here is what you have to do -
go to airplane mode, plug in the receiver, dismiss the warning message and start playing your music. The volume control doesn't work this way if you already have the headphones plugged in. So remove the headphones and plug them back in and the volume control is back to normal. You can get out of the airplane mode now and u will be able to receive the calls as well...yes, i tested it...and ya - enjoy the music on your iphone 3g and control it from your watch...
the other purposes of the watch - time, chrono, etc, etc...it is timex so i wouldn't even bother to test & review them...

Works amazing with 2nd generation itouch 16gb, it doesnt work when you have the speaker on with the itouch thats it. AWESOME!!!!!!!
