 "doesn't work" 2009-08-17
By Rex A. Miller
After I bought this, I read a review with essentially the same problem. The second hand will tick forward, then back, then forward two then back one. Over a 24 hr period it shows a couple of hours passing. I really wanted this watch because it is all stainless, unlike some watches which have only the band, or maybe the back also in stainless. I can't return it because I threw away all the paperwork, never conceiving of it not working. I have never seen a brand new watch not work.

 "Trash" 2009-08-02

I bought two of these, one as a gift, after wearing mine for a week the clasp broke, the band broke, so I didnt give the other as a gift and decided to wear it, same thing, and good luck trying to get Invicta to help you, do you have several hours to spend on the phone trying to talk to people that kept switching you over to a voice mail that didnt exist, what a pain, never again, they are heavy and ver good looking watches but forget about any quality!

Great all stainless watch for the price. A bit heavy for every day use. Husband is very happy with it.

 "Nice Watch" 2009-07-13
By Robert Garcia (MI, USA)
I've received a number of compliments on the look of my new watch. It is big, but not too big for me. I am 5'10" and weight 235 lbs, so it looks like a big watch on me, but again, not too big. If I were 160 lbs it would look funny. Seems like a solid watch, no problems up to this point. I've seen other reviews that have issues, but I've had none. Best watch I've ever owned, and at $49, not the most expensive.

 "An excellent value" 2009-07-12
By Paul F. Henegan (Miami)
Over all, a good practical watch for every day wear and an excellent value at $49.00!

Pros:

* A very robust yet comfortable bracelet and clasp. To my taste, the quality of the bracelet alone might make it worth more than the watch itself.

* Solid stainless steel throughout, an important consideration for anyone with allergies to plated metal.

* A clean easy-to-read face.

* The quartz movement has been accurate within a second during the first month that I have owned it.

Cons:

* The rotating bezel lacks serrations on its outer edge. While this gives the watch a nice clean appearance, it also makes it very difficult to adjust the bezel.

* Finding the first detente when pulling out the crown stem to adjust day or date is a bit tricky--there is no clear tactile feedback to let one know that the crown is engaged for day/date adjustment as there is for time adjustment.

* The hands are not easy to read in low-light situations--the numerals and hands are nearly the same color as the face.

* The crown is not "screw down" making the "Pro Diver" appellation a bit misleading.
