Poor quality, extra pins are included but can't remove the original one attached to it.

"Cheap quality tool but it does the job" 2009-09-07

This tool is nothing special but it did the job and I resized three watches, no pins were broken in the process.

you get what you pay for. The pin for this tool broke after removing one pin. I was then unable to remove the broken pin because it was torqued into the shaft too tight, and all the surfaces where rounnd so I couldn't get a grip on anything. Bottom line, it was in the trash can 10 minutes after opening it.

 "Inexpensive & effective" 2009-08-22
By Jason Brown (Virginia, USA)
The tool worked just fine and using it once has already paid off. It has also resulted in a bent tool bit. However the 4 "extra pins" are the tool bits that I bent. They are not the pins that go into the watch bands.

Worthwhile tool for personal use. Much cheaper than the jeweler. Just takes a little bit of patience to work with.

I was able to remove the pins after half an hours effort. You may need some other tool to pull the pins out of the watch.

A handy tool.
