Well built tool, comes with wooden case. Tools comes well greased. Clean off grease prior to using. Comes with 3 sets of 3 prongs to fit in case back indent. Adjusts in width and length. Some mechanical knowledge and "feel" is required to operate it correctly. Useful and does the job well. Should be used in conjonction with a Watch Case Holder.

I was able to open the 3 watches I wanted to with little to no difficulty. Was skeptical when I opened the package, but now I'm glad I got it. Does what I needed it to do, and it was cheap. It was in a plastic pouch and covered in machine oil, as were the case bits, but so what...I wiped everything down with a paper towel and that was that. The tool and the case are, well, kinda cheap, but for the money it works. The case I got is wooden with a magnetic closure, not like the picture, and I like it. Decent tool to have.

The bits keep falling out of the holder. I cannot use it at all. When I have the handle up-side-down to insert the bits, it's fine. Then I have to turn it down-side-up in order to put it over the watch. One of the bits fell out from the handle. without one of the three, I cannot open the watch case. Totally useless. It didn't come with the wooden box. It came with a cheap blue plastic holder without the cover. It's just a plastic case with holes for the bits and a longer hole for the handle. It's only half the length of the whole handle.

The wrench arrived well packaged, no damage. The small "points" used for different types of watch cases are all on one bag and need to be sorted into the slots. You can keep three of them in the wrench and the box will still close. It is a nice touch having a wooden box since everything else these days seems to be plastic. It works great.

I've always considered myself mechanically adept but I had trouble using this tool. The instructions need a great deal of work. My advice to the manufacturer would be to develop a fixed device that I have seen work on jeweler's benches. Also, to be more effective, the heads should consist of a two-sided static pieces and two sides that can be adjusted. Oh, and you will want to fix the base from up and down movement. Otherwise, the watch merely squirms away from the wrench, as it does now.
I would not buy this wrench again.
