For years, I had Timex Marathon watches that were great. When my last one's battery died I bought this watch. Mistake. The digits and other functions are more difficult to read and the buttons are not as intuitive or logical as on the Marathon. I finally went to a jeweler and had a new battery installed in the Marathon.

1) 24 hour time display is an option
2) it accepts a 16mm (5/8") band

only con is that it can be a bit bulky, but it's such a minor "con".

I purchased this to use when I am boating. It handles water well and still works after getting knocked around a little. My only complaint is that the numbers are difficult to read (I wear reading glasses and don't go boating with them). All in all, woth the price.

I received the watch in a timely manner.
I used it for less than a week and condensation formed on the inside of the watch thereby making it impossible to read the time.
I have set the watch aside and resumed wearing my old watch.
